		<description>I would like to point out that the VCL.net of Delphi may seem like a nice way to port your win32 app to .net but it also makes your code very dependent on the Delphi.net DLL. If you distribute Delphi.net components you also have to include that massive DLL.
Chrome only uses the classic Microsoft .net API, and I must say that it is VERY rich. If you are porting Delphi code with lot&#039;s of VCL calls you can have a look at ShineOn.
ShineOn is a opensource project that tries to make a pure .net alternative for VCL.
It is written in Chrome and most of the known Delphi libs are implemented now.
