We just ported this blog from our custom PHP code to WordPress. We initially wrote our own small blog engine and used phpMyAdmin to publish our postings. We wanted to write our own admin website for this blog, but we never had the time doing it. I think it’s sufficient to say that it was a dumb idea to maintain our own blog engine and especially to use phpMyAdmin as the ‘admin panel’. We should publish postings more often now as it was always a big hassle to write a posting with the old system.
Anyway, this blog is now running WordPress and I hope I got all the postings, articles and links imported correctly. Some RSS readers may redisplay our last 15 postings or so, but anything else should work as before. If you find anything that’s broken, please contact me or leave a comment. Thanks!
